These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and CODING APPLICATION for your use of the AI Cleanup iOS application and related website. By using AI Cleanup, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
01 — THE SERVICE
What AI Cleanup provides
AI Cleanup provides tools that help you review and manage photos, videos, contacts, calendars, reminders and optional Gmail cleanup candidates. Results are recommendations based on information available to the app. You decide whether to take any action.
Features may change as we improve the service or respond to platform, security and legal requirements. Some features require a compatible iPhone, current system software, internet access or access to third-party services.
02 — PERMISSIONS
Access you choose to grant
The app requires specific iOS permissions to provide certain features. You may deny or revoke permissions, but the related feature may stop working. AI Cleanup will not intentionally bypass permissions or perform a cleanup action without an instruction from you.
03 — GMAIL
Google account connection
Gmail cleanup is optional and requires Google OAuth authorization. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's terms and policies. AI Cleanup uses the access you grant to display cleanup candidates and move messages you select and confirm to Gmail Trash. It does not permanently delete Gmail messages.
You are responsible for reviewing messages before confirming an action. You can disconnect your account inside the app or revoke access through your Google Account. See our Gmail Data Use disclosure.
04 — PURCHASES
Subscriptions and App Store billing
If paid features are offered, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewal and cancellation options are displayed before purchase and are governed by your App Store account and applicable Apple terms.
05 — YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Review before you clean
You are responsible for reviewing selected items, maintaining backups when appropriate, and confirming that a cleanup action matches your intent. Recovery availability and retention periods are controlled by iOS, Gmail and other relevant services, not by AI Cleanup.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
06 — AVAILABILITY & WARRANTIES
Service limitations
AI Cleanup is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every duplicate, large file, old email or other candidate will be identified, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
07 — LIABILITY
Limits permitted by law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODING APPLICATION will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
08 — TERMINATION & CHANGES
Ending use and updating terms
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do.
